Update

Orianne has left her summer home.  Since going home, she has gone to England with a group.  She is quite the traveller!

Melissa is still hanging out with the Davis family, awaiting news on her trip to NYC.

Kaori is registered for school and we are so thrilled to have her!

Fabio has arrived at the White family's home and is getting to know them.

Darya is scheduled to arrive on the 24th!

Fabio is coming from Brazil to stay with the White's!  This is the family's first time hosting an exchange student.  I hope Fabio fits right in and you quickly see what you have been missing!!

Kaori

Holley, Peter and I have had a great time getting to know Kaori through emails.

Kaori is coming for the school year and will be staying with us!  She is currently in Colorado taking language classes to help her along.  Only 6 days left until she gets here!!!!!!

We can't wait Kaori!!!  I am registering you for school tomorrow!!

We did have a rocky start but things seem to be going much better now!  Thanks to everyone working together for a great outcome!  I think Great Escape is an all time favorite!!

Poor Orianne, city girl trapped in the country!  I hope that over all she had a positive experience!  She did NOT like the bugs!  BUT, she could surely SHOP!!!

Since she has left, she is now in England.  Busy summer for her!  Her English has improved tremendously!

Her words of warning to other students.... watch what you eat, there is a lot of junk food here!!  I think ice cream for dinner at Cold Stone might have had something to do with that concept!!
